On 15th of June I was able to have a look into the new building of the Tate Modern. It was a wonderful experience. Of course, the building is very modern and the view from the 10th floor is breathtaking. Yet, what intrigued me the most was the fact that the museum is/was still nearly completely empty and a lot of construction work was going on. The inside views from some of the stairways are amazing and reveal some very interesting details, such as the sloping walls or the loopholes which remind of shooting slits...
